Delta Forum Society is a non-profit organisation established in 2015 in India, committed to creating positive social and environmental change through community participation, education, environmental protection and sustainable development.
Our primary goal is to build an inclusive, equitable and sustainable society where every individual has access to education, clean water, sanitation, equal opportunities and a healthy environment.
Our Key Goals and Objectives

Education for All We aim to promote quality education, particularly for girls and children from disadvantaged communities. We work to improve educational opportunities, awareness and learning environments.
Environmental Protection and Climate Action We are committed to protecting the environment, addressing climate change, reducing air pollution and promoting biodiversity. Through our Climate Resilience Farming campaign, we encourage farmers to adopt sustainable agricultural practices and avoid crop residue burning.
Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) We promote access to clean drinking water, improved sanitation and hygiene awareness. Our goal is to strengthen community participation in water conservation and sustainable water management.
Women Empowerment and Gender Equality We support women’s empowerment through digital literacy, skill development, awareness programmes and opportunities for economic independence. Our initiatives aim to strengthen women’s participation in community development.
Sustainable Agriculture and Climate Resilience We encourage environmentally responsible farming, climate-smart agricultural practices, crop residue management and community-based climate adaptation to build resilient rural and urban communities.
Health and Well-being We promote public health awareness, youth mental well-being, tobacco-free communities and awareness about substance abuse and addiction.
Youth Participation and Community Development We engage young people in environmental protection, education, social awareness and sustainable development activities. We believe that empowered communities and active youth participation are essential for long-term social change.
Partnerships for Sustainable Development We seek collaboration with international organisations, UN agencies, governments, academic institutions, foundations, corporate CSR programmes and civil society organisations to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
